My philosophy and experience

I have been caring for families and patients for more that 30 years. I was a Nanny for decades and assisted in many births. I've been in your shoes nurturing now 4 adult children, who are successful and comfortable in their lives.

Furthering my passion for life with completion of Seattle's Midwifery School in 2001, and again as a Doula at Bastyr University in 2021. I've also been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001.

I take pride in being fully present, and fostering an all-inclusive, supporting environment to create a positive birthing experience for all members of the family.

I bring a grounded presence and provide guidance that aligns with the individual needs and values of each family I assist.

I provide comprehensive, hands-on and up-to-date support and information during pregnancy and the birthing process.

Packages

Full Services:

24 hours of commitment to be divided between prenatal visits, the birth, and after birth support and care: $2,750

6 hours of commitment for prenatal consultation and birth preparation: $690

Hourly consultation add-on: $125

Postpartum Services:

6 hours of commitment for birthing person care, baby care, lactation and chest feeding assistance: $690

Hourly consultation add-on: $125

Please contact me if you are interested in hiring me as your doula, but the price is a significant barrier for you and your family.

I want to help, and I will consider adjusting my rate and tailor my services on a case-by-case basis.
